Starting from 22 November 2019, 22:00 UTC till 23 November 2019, 02:00 UTC, an upgrade that targets databases migration, product optimization, high availability setup and implementation of security patches will be applied in the Europe (Rot) [neo-eu1], Europe (Frankfurt) [neo-eu2], Europe (Amsterdam) [neo-eu3], Russia (Moscow) [neo-ru1], UAE (Dubai) [neo-ae1], and KSA (Riyadh) [neo-sa1] regions of the SAP Cloud Platform.
During this period, customers will experience disruptions as follows: - From 22:00 UTC to 00:30 UTC customers will not be able to manage (Create, Update, Delete) accounts, entitlements and services. - On-boarding new clients and authentication in case the used token expires will not be possible. Active tokens will not be affected. - From 22:00 UTC to 00:00 UTC in the Europe (Frankfurt) [neo-eu2] region only the HTML5 applications will be partially available. HTML5 Design Time will not be available. - From 22:00 UTC to 00:00 Customers will experience multiple disruptions of the SAP Cloud Platform Workflow Service, SAP Cloud Platform Mobile Services, SAP Cloud Platform Business Rules Service. - Customers of SAP Theme Designer Service will get SAP fallback theme instead of customer theme. - From 00:00 UTC to 02:00 UTC Lifecycle operations such as starting, stopping and provisioning of new databases will not be possible.
