Starting from 13 November 2020, 22:00 UTC till 14 November 2020, 02:00 UTC, an upgrade that targets implementation of security patches, database migration and software optimization will be applied in the Europe (Rot) [neo-eu1], Europe (Frankfurt) [neo-eu2], Europe (Amsterdam) [neo-eu3], Russia (Moscow) [neo-ru1], UAE (Dubai) [neo-ae1], and KSA (Riyadh) [neo-sa1] regions of the SAP Cloud Platform.

During this period, customers will experience disruptions as follows:
From 22:00 UTC to 22:30 UTC:
• Creation of any form output (PDF, PCL, PS and other print files) will not be possible.
• Reporting of customer data will be unavailable.
• Customers will not be able to enable/disable services via the Cloud Cockpit. Quota assignment and creation/deletion of accounts will not be possible.
• HTML5 Design Time and Runtime will not be available.
From 22:00 UTC to 23:00 UTC customers of SAP Cloud Platform Theme Designer Service will get SAP fallback theme instead of customer theme.
From 22:00 UTC to 23:30 UTC:
• Customers will not be able to work with SAP Cloud Platform Business Rules Service.
• Customers will not be able to access their Portal Live Sites.
From 22:00 UTC to 00:00 UTC manually triggered and scheduled identity provisioning replications will not work. Identity provisioning proxy functionality will not be available. Onboarding of new tenants will not be possible.
From 22:00 UTC to 00:30 UTC:
• OData Provisioning Application will not be reachable. All the Fiori applications and custom UIs/applications consuming ODP endpoints or customers accessing ODP via API Management or any client will be impacted.
• Customers will experience multiple disruptions of SAP Cloud Platform Workflow Service.
From 22:30 UTC to 23:30 UTC:
• Customers using custom IDPs will not be able to create login sessions while trying to gain access to deployed Java application.
• Setup of custom metrics and email alert notification will not be possible. History of the application metrics will not be available.
From 23:30 UTC to 02:00 UTC new OAuth tokens issuing and validation will not be possible.
From 00:00 UTC to 02:00 UTC most design-time activities like configuration changes or lifecycle operations will not be possible. Impact on running applications is not expected.
