Starting from 19 February 2021, 22:00 UTC till 20 February, 02:00 UTC, maintenance activities targeting implementation of security patches and database upgrades will be applied in the Europe (Frankfurt) [cf-eu10] and Europe (Netherlands) [cf-eu20] regions, as part of an overarching Cloud Platform Major Upgrade.

During this period, SAP Сloud Platform services will be updated as follows:

[CANCELED] [Identity Authentication Service] Between 22:00 UTC and 22:30 UTC a service disruption with a duration of up to 15 minutes will be experienced. Customers will not be able to use their Identity Authentication Service (IAS) tenants for authentication and user management. It will affect all applications connected to IAS tenants in thе announced regions (SAP CP applications, SAP S/4 HANA Cloud, IBP, SAP SFSF, Ariba, C/4, etc). All REST API offered by IAS won’t be reachable. SAP ID Service tenant (IDS, accounts.sap.com) won’t be available, and it will have a global impact on all applications connected to IDS, even if they are not located in Europe (SAP CP cockpit, CPI, all SAP public and internal sites like SAP.com SAP Community, SAP Store, etc.)

[Workflow Management Service] Between 22:15 UTC and 23:15 UTC customers will not be able to work with the service (create, export, configure packages will not be possible).

[Mobile Service] Between 22:15 UTC and 23:15 UTC Mobile Services Client Usage and Analytics features will not work.

[Commercial Infrastructure] Between 22:15 UTC and 00:45 UTC a service disruption of up to 90 minutes will be experienced. CRUD operations, quota assignments, provisioning of new service instances and SaaS subscriptions\unsubscriptions will not be possible.

[UI5 Flexibility] Between 22:15 UTC and 01:00 UTC Flexibility Services will be down.

[HANA Service] Between 22:15 UTC and 01:15 UTC customers cannot access their HaaS instances during the maintenance window. No instances can be created, changed or deleted. Affected HANA Service instances won't be reachable.

[Business Rules] Between 23:15 UTC and 00:15 UTC creation of Business Rules artifacts and Invocation of rule service will not be possible.

[Workflow Service] Between 23:15 UTC and 00:45 UTC an upgrade of the service database will be performed. The customers will not be able to reach the REST API.

[Portal] Between 23:15 UTC and 01:00 UTC portal will not be available to customers at this time.

[Service Manager] Between 01:00 UTC and 02:00 UTC a service disruption with a duration of up to 15 minutes will be experienced. Customers will not be able to create/delete platforms. Provision/deprovision bind/unbind and update services will not be possible.
