On 16 November 2019, 4:00 UTC – 8:00 UTC, an upgrade that targets databases migration, high availability setup and software version upgrade will be applied in the Canada (Toronto) [neo-ca1], Brazil (São Paulo) [neo-br1], US East (Ashburn) [neo-us1], US West (Chandler) [neo-us2], US East (Sterling) [neo-us3] and US West (Colorado) [neo-us4] regions of the SAP Cloud Platform.
During this period, customers will experience disruptions as follows: - From 4:00 UTC to 6:00 UTC customers will not be able to manage (Create, Update, Delete) accounts, entitlements and services. - On-boarding new clients and authentication in case the used token expires will not be possible. Active tokens will not be affected. - From 4:00 UTC to 6:00 customers will experience multiple disruptions of the SAP Cloud Platform Workflow Service, SAP Cloud Platform Mobile Services, SAP Cloud Platform Business Rules Service. - Customers of SAP Theme Designer Service will get SAP fallback theme instead of customer theme. - From 6:00 UTC to 8:00 UTC Lifecycle operations such as starting, stopping and provisioning of new databases will not be possible. - From 7:00 UTC to 8:00 UTC Configuration changes and lifecycle operations such as starting and stopping applications will not be possible in the US East (Sterling) [neo-us3] region only.
