On 12 February 2021, 14:00 UTC - 18:00 UTC, maintenance activities targeting implementation of security patches and database upgrades will be applied in the Japan (Tokyo) [cf-jp10], Singapore [cf-ap11], Singapore [cf-ap21], Japan (Tokyo) [cf-jp20] and Australia (Sydney) [cf-ap10] regions, as part of an overarching Cloud Platform Major Upgrade.
During this period, SAP Сloud Platform services will be updated as follows:
[Feature Flags] Between 14:00 UTC and 14:30 UTC customers will not be able to create/(un-)bind/delete service instances nor access instances via the service dashboard or the REST API of the service.
[Workflow Management Service] Between 14:00 UTC and 15:00 UTC customers will not be able to work with the service (create, export, configure packages will not be possible).
[Commercial Infrastructure] Between 14:00 UTC and 16:00 UTC a service disruption of up to 60 minutes will be experienced. CRUD operations, quota assignments, provisioning of new service instances and SaaS subscriptions\unsubscriptions will not be possible.
[UI5 Flexibility] Between 14:00 UTC and 17:00 UTC Flexibility Services will be down.
[HANA Service] Between 14:00 UTC and 17:00 UTC customers cannot access their HaaS instances during the maintenance window. No instances can be created, changed or deleted. Affected HANA Service instances won't be reachable.
[Mobile Service] Between 14:30 UTC and 15:30 UTC Mobile Services Client Usage and Analytics features will not work.
[Workflow Service] Between 15:00 UTC and 16:00 UTC an upgrade of the service database will be performed. The customers will not be able to reach the REST API.
[Business Rules] Between 15:00 UTC and 16:30 UTC creation of Business Rules artifacts and Invocation of rule service will not be possible.
[Portal] Between 15:00 UTC and 17:00 UTC portal will not be available to customers at this time.
[Service Manager] Between 17:00 UTC and 18:00 UTC a service disruption with a duration of up to 15 minutes will be experienced. Customers will not be able to create/delete platforms. Provision/deprovision bind/unbind and update services will not be possible.
