On 6 November 2020, 14:00 UTC - 18:00 UTC, an upgrade that targets database migrations, software optimization and software version upgrade will be applied in the Japan (Tokyo) [cf-jp10], Singapore [cf-ap11], Singapore [cf-ap21], Japan (Tokyo) [cf-jp20] and Australia (Sydney) [cf-ap10] regions of the SAP Cloud Platform.

During this period, customers will experience disruptions as follows:
From 14:00 UTC to 14:30 UTC create/(un-)bind/delete operations or access to jobs/service instances via the service dashboard or the REST API of the Feature Flags service and the JobScheduler service will not be possible. Existing Jobs/Schedules will continue to be triggered as per the scheduled frequency.
From 14:00 UTC to 15:00 UTC:
• Customers will not be able to work with SAP Cloud Platform Business Rules Service.
• Create, export, configure packages via the SAP Cloud Platform Workflow Management Service will not be possible.
• Customers will experience multiple disruptions of UI Flexibility Services.
• Bind/unbind service instances to or from a cluster and query certain information will be disrupted.
From 14:00 UTC to 15:30 UTC customers will experience multiple disruptions of SAP Cloud Platform Workflow Service.
From 14:00 UTC to 16:00 UTC connectivity to Enterprise Messaging Service might be failing in messaging applications and scenarios. Sending and receiving messages might not work. Lifecycle operations like create, update delete for messaging artefacts like queues or subscriptions might not work.
From 14:00 UTC to 18:00 UTC customers will experience unavailability of their HANA Service instances.
From 14:30 UTC to 15:30 UTC Mobile Service will not be available.
From 16:00 UTC to 17:00 UTC customers will not be able to create/(un-)bind/delete service instances nor access the service dashboard of the App Autoscaler. Running applications will not be impacted.
