Between 22:00 UTC on 14 September 2018 and 2:00 UTC on 15 September 2018, an upgrade targeting enablement of high availability scenarios and databases migration will be applied in the Europe (Rot) [neo-eu1], Europe (Amsterdam) [neo-eu3], Russia (Moscow) [neo-ru1], UAE (Dubai) [neo-ae1] and KSA (Riyadh) [neo-sa1] regions of the SAP Cloud Platform.

During this period, customers will experience disruptions of the Portal Service, Workflow Service, Monitoring Service, Metering Service, UI Theme Designer Service, SAP WebIDE Service, SAP Cloud Platform Internet of Things, Business Rules Service, Extensions Service, Software Logistics Service, Forms by Adobe Service, Reporting Hub Service and the lifecycle operations such as starting and stopping applications.
